Assets inventory

• Inventory assets are any information related to the Personal Data that a company manage during its business journey. These items include any information about processes, people which manage Personal Data and they are considered a part of your business assets.

Data Processing

• Data processing is "the collection and manipulation of items of Personal Data". In this sense, it can be considered a subset of information processing, "the change of information in any manner detectable by an observer."

Data Information Enhancing

• Enhancing Data is important to achieve the GDPR Compliance. In this module, some attributes are appended to the records previously identified.

Risk Assessment

• Risk assessment is a term used to describe the overall process or method where you: Identify the hazards and risk factors that have the potential to cause harm (hazard identification). Analyze and evaluate the risk associated with that hazard (risk analysis, and risk evaluation).

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

• This module has embedded the key GDPR requirements necessary to evaluate and judge the current status of Data Protection Compliance implementation.

Gap Assessment (GA)

• The Gap Assessment Analysis is a method of assessing the differences in performance between a business' GDPR compliance to determine whether GDPR requirements are being met.

GA Evaluation

• If the Gap Assessment Analysis highlight that some requirements are not met, here are evaluated and judged what steps should be taken to ensure they are met successfully.
